The purpose of this meeting is...

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss how we can improve product quality…

Well, here's the agenda, ...

Maybe we should get started.

2. 輕語氣vs. I recommend/ In my opinion...

In my opinion, we should consider a new approach.

Maybe we could consider a new approach .

I'm positive that...

想聽起來更強勢,那就用〝I'm positive that...〞或是〝I really feel that...〞開場。

自信:I 'm positive that it's the vendor's fault.

Dave in Marketing said it could be the vendor 's fault. I thought he had a good point.

Let's move on to...

Let's move on to the next point.

弱:Maybe we shall get back to the main point.

I'm afraid I can't agree with this plan.

Well, I'm not sure; It doesn't seem like it will work.
